Managing Director @Elsie's Kitchen, Reuben grew up to love the local foodscape through experiences shared with his extended family of cooks and bakers. Formerly an FES campus staff-worker, he now manages his family’s food service business, under the business group Hesed & Emet Holdings, which operates food courts and events catering businesses through heritage brands such as Elsie’s Kitchen Catering. He is excited to be able to continue serving God in the workplace through Kingdom Businesses with Missional impact in areas of addressing nutritional deficit among vulnerable communities, food waste management and environmentally sustainable business operations.
