A Silence and Solitude with God for God’s Sake
Spiritual Retreat Full Day A Silence and Solitude with God for God’s SakeApril 25 2020
PAID A sister-in-Christ shared her experience of God’s drawing awe:
“Totally flipped my mind. Thought I should be having a woe-is-me moment but what I felt was like, please come closer and find out what is this fragrance that is filling the room, what is the material of His cloak that I just caught a glimpse of. Can I touch it? Can I smell it?... I felt like I would like to touch just a teeny weeny corner of his garment to feel what it was like. … it was a drawing experience in the awe moment. He attracts.”
Who is this God that draw His created being in such a captivating manner? Do you know Him?
“And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” (John 17:3; ESV)
This conference retreat is an invitation by God to you to participate in the love relationship between God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. The group sessions are facilitated and experiential. By His grace, through the various spiritual disciplines, may you enter into the sacred space where you start to be still and rest in God; where scriptures come alive for you as you meditate on the Word; where you become aware of His Presence in the here and now.
As this is a silent retreat, silence will be observed throughout the sessions including meal times.
