Toni established Journey Canada in 1991. He has a passion for training leaders for healing ministry, and has done this around the world. Besides working with Journey Canada, he is a freelance artist in Vancouver. He and his wife have four adult children.

Mardi has been ministering to those struggling with sexual and relational brokenness since 1991. She graduated from Regent College (MA, Old Testament) and UBC (BSc Microbiology). Mardi is married to Toni and they are the parents of four young adults.

Daniel has a passion to see people experience the depth of what it means to live as image bearers of God. He desires to help men through issues of sexual addiction. Daniel graduated from Regent College (MDiv), and worked as a pastor prior to joining the Journey Canada staff in 2007.
Tanya has been involved with Journey Canada since 2005. She has been married to Daniel for 14 years and they have three spunky children, Avarie (10), Everett (8) and Emerson (6). She has recently gone back to work as a teacher after being at home full-time for the past 10 years.

Min-Soo desires to walk alongside young people as they seek to live out Biblical truths with passion and integrity. Prior to joining Journey, he was a youth pastor and Director of a young adults organization. Min-Soo graduated from Tyndale Seminary (MDiv).

Constance graduated from Regent College (MA Theological Studies). She has worked as a pastor in her home church and as a missionary in Japan and Spain before starting the work of Journey locally in 2015.
