HOW TO GET THERE
By MRT:
- Marymount Station (3min’s walk)
- Bishan MRT (20 min’s walk)
By Bus
- Bishan Street 21 - Bus 410 (1 min’s walk from bus stop; commuting time from Bishan Interchange is between 22-24min inclusive of waiting time)
- Marymount Road - Bus 54 & 74 Marymount Rd (about 300m, 5 min’s walk)
- Thomson Rd / Shunfu Est (about 550m, 9 min’s walk) – 52, 130, 132, 162, 163, 165, 166
CARPARKS
- 100 public lots within compound (EPS system - Fee charges at per minute or $1.80 per hour regardless of day or time).
- A few public car-park lots are available at a side lane at 50 cents / half hour (free parking in the evening).
Clarus Centre (formerly known as Union Industrial Building (UIB))
Clarus Centre is 3 minute away from Marymount MRT Exit B
The first building from the entrance is Block A.
The entrance to Clarus Centre is on the right of the above image - just after the car-park. At the entrance, follow the direction of the road, pass Block A, turn right and proceed to lift 4 lobby of Block B. The lift lobby is located in the middle of Block B. Take the lift to the 6th floor and BGST is the unit on the left.
Do not use Cargo Lift 6 unless Lift 4 is under maintenance.
